Whatever for human organ building, nutrition, health care or preservation, vegetarian is essential to achieve physical and mental healthy. Human bodies are built up by a variety of chemical elements.
About 80% of the chemical elements belong to the alkaline, and about 20% belong to the acidic. In order to maintain chemical equilibrium of the human body, alkaline food we eat should accounts for 80% and acidic food should be 20%. Calorie consumption means burning body fat and sugar, generating acid waste, which leads blood to be acidic. In this case, people will feel tired and in low spirits. Our staple food, flour and rice are already acid food, if we eat other acidic food, such as fish, eggs, the alkaline minerals in our body will seriously inadequate.
As a result, it can even hamper the proper function of all organs, causing disease such as hypertension, cardiovascular, kidney, cirrhosis and other diseases. Therefore we should try to supplement the basic food to keep the body's acid-base balance.
